Desing Coordination Services: The services include the management of teams with several areas of expertise (engineers, architects, urbanists, and complementary consultants) for the preparation of the construction executive projects. This management defines conditioning factors for the development of the project according to each specialty, thus foreseeing the intersections between the projects, which would only be discovered during the constructions. Governmental Approvals / Permits: Identification of the legal and technical conditioning factors of the entities which have jurisdiction over the project’s area, so that those can become requisites to be obeyed by the project teams. Then, we will elaborate the legal projects, which must be presented for the needed approval to obtain the construction permits and enterprise set up.
