Payment Administration: All measurements and effectively executed services will be analyzed. The progress of the activities will be managed so that the investment cashflow, as defined in the contract, can be most accurately depicted.

Construction Claims Administration: Technical evaluation of the additives indicated by the construction company, either by scope changes or deadline negotiation. The task involves verifying if the claim is fair and if there are alternatives so that this additive can be avoided.

Recovery Strategies: During construction execution, several factors might provoke changes in the project, resulting in unforeseen costs and, often, schedule delays. This task proactively involves searching for technical alternatives that can minimize these extra costs, or accelerate the execution, aiming to keep the construction within the expected cost and deadline.
